The Zigong Dinosaur Museum is directly built on top of the dinosaur fossil site, allowing visitors to directly view the excavation site.

Exhibited footprints of large dinosaurs, fossilized skin, and other prehistoric insect fossils. There are also the smallest dinosaur footprints, about 1cm, suspected to be fossilized footprints of a dinosaur baby.
The exhibition hall is divided into two parts. The first hall entering the park is the earliest one, built in the 1980s, but now a huge exhibition space has been established, displaying complete skeletal fossils of various sizes and types of dinosaurs. The second venue will be built in 2023, mainly providing interactive visits and prehistoric biology popularization. Friends who love fossils and dinosaurs are blessed!
